		<description><![CDATA[This is incredible.  The cyberinfrastructure for geology and geoscience is outstanding.  I wish that this same type of cyberinfrastructure was created for Public Health.   
The creation of a shared services platform is something that we pilot tested with ESRI and several state health departments:
